I wore contacts and glasses for 18 years and my eyes were REALLY bad. I decided to take the plunge and get LASIK but I still have my old glasses around to remind myself of what it was like. People with great vision do not understand the plight of those who wear glasses or contacts..they just don't 'see' the way we do.
