I decided to take advantage of a $10 off $40 coupon that Walgreens is offering (Friday & Saturday only) since some of the deals overlap for August and September this weekend.  IT doesn’t look like much in the picture, but you know how costly drugstore items can be.  Let’s see how I made out.

I ended up spending $21.82 out of pocket after all coupons, sales, and the remaining $5.11 that was left on my gift card from last month’s rebates.

I actually ended up making an overage of $16.20 on all of the products I bought today.

  • Nivea for Men Body Wash: $4.99 - $4.99 rebate = FREE
  • L’Oreal Revitalift: $12.36 - $12.36 rebate = FREE
  • Crest Pro Health toothpaste: $3.79 - $3.79 rebate - $1 mfg coupon = $1 overage
  • Chemistry Conditioner: $7.99 - $7.99 rebate - $3 August EasySaver coupon = $3 overage
  • Wags Acid Controller: $7.99 - $7.99 rebate = FREE
  • Glade Refills (2): $4.49 each - $2 rebate - B1G1 coupon - $2 August EasySaver coupon = $.49
  • Glade Warmers B1G1 (3): $7.09 - $3.00 rebate - $5.99 mfg coupon = $1.90 overage
  • Plus take an additional $10 off for order being over $40

We ran into an issue with the Glade Warmers because they were store advertised at B1G1 free, but they only had 3 on the shelves.  So I got one at full price, one at half price, and one free.  So it kind of messed up my original intentions, but I still got a good deal.  So after all the coupons, discounts, and rebates (which will equal $42.12), I did fairly well.  I don’t mind when they pay me to take stuff from them! :)
