I just wanted to wish my husband a happy 2-year wedding anniversary.  After being together for 9 years (total), we’ve had our share of ups and downs.  We met in high school, started dating when I was in 10th grade, and separated for 1 month during my senior year.  We’ve sustained college, long distance (for a full year), moving away from our family, and doing what it takes to achieve our dreams.  All of this we’ve done together.

I can honestly say that money is hardly ever an issue with us (meaning, we don’t fight about it), and having that quality type of openness and understanding when it comes to finances really is priceless.  He trusts me with the money and bills and we talk about our finances almost every day just to stay on top of things.

Happy anniversary, sweetie.  Here’s to many more.
